I was born and grew up in Mackay. I completed Medical School at James Cook University in Townsville, where I enjoyed the focus on rural medicine. I commenced working as a Junior Dr in Mackay and went on to obtain my Advanced Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. I have recently moved to Biloela with my family to complete GP training and  to continue working in Obstetrics  and Emergency at the Biloela Hospital. I am looking forward to the variety of work and challenges involved with working in a small regional/rural community and exploring the area and its surrounds.
